For IVD reagents, the standard MOQ is 100 units per SKU. Clinical Laboratory Analyzers start at 5 units per model. Orders below MOQ can be discussed case by case, especially for trial orders from new distributors.
02What are the typical lead times and shipping options for international orders?+
Reagent orders typically ship within 7-10 working days after payment confirmation. Analyzer production runs 15-20 working days depending on model and quantity. Bulk OEM orders may add 5-7 days for customization and labeling.
03What payment terms does 鑫鑫医疗 accept for B2B export orders?+
We accept 30/70 T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) as the standard term. L/C at sight is available for orders above USD 50,000. For long-term partners, we can negotiate other flexible arrangements.
